So, in this post, I am going to talk about how to prevent sexual harassments at home.
Firstly,If you realize any sexual harassment when it is not too agressive, try to put an end to it. unless their words too sexually aggressive, or threatening. Girls, you have direct and make things clear. Make the person understand that you do not appreciate it if they're being offensive. Most the time they'll apologize and the situation will end there.
If the situation continue to escalate, don't start being offensive because it may make things worse. That sensitivity can lead to a much more aggressive attack. Stop it in a calm demeanor and look mature. Do not get mad and lose control. It is because people respect you when you respect others at the same time. Don't let your emotions dictate the situation, otherwise it could result into worse behavior or possible actions.
On the other hand, taking sexual harassment training courses. Girl can never assume this will not be a problem in their life. Just about every girl has probably been harassed to some degree before. Some actions just might be innocent, without indication of it becoming dangerous. However, it's good to understand how to handle these situations incase they go for the worse.
For cases in which involves family members, girls may not dare to tell their friends or other family members. They may find social workers or hotlines to seek help and talk about ways to solve the problem.
